My right leg has improved, and my overall health is much better. I am working out four times a week and doing a 1.54-mile walk while tossing a 4lb. Medicine ball twice a day. My attention span is much better and I am accomplishing more work.
I met with my doctor yesterday. He was amazed at my health improvement. He was surprised that I did not experience any pain in the right leg for almost two weeks. The doctor did tell me that I should not run. He suggested swimming, riding a bicycle, or walking. Running is too much stress on the legs and feet because of the hard surface. He said I could try a treadmill. He was very surprised that my leg had so much pain for four months, then suddenly stopped. He ordered another x-ray so he can see if anything has changed.
I did not tell him about the Daniel Fast. I do believe the Daniel Fast is a major factor contributing to my rapid heath improvement. My attention span and focus on important subjects have definitely improved during the Fast. Another big factor in weight loss. Today is my thirteenth day on Fast and I lost twenty-three pounds so far.
The FaST has been challenging, but not as difficult as I expected. I tried restrictive diets in the past. I was never able to follow all the restrictions for more than a day or two. The Daniel Fast is different because I am combining the restricted diet with Prayer and meditation. I did improve my daily planning. I decided to move all my planning activities to Outlook. The outlook calendar is good for tracking tasks and to-do items. The outlook calendar displays all of my activities.
My health is much better. At this point, I need to focus on completing tasks with good quality results. The last two weeks were a good start. I need to continue improving my productivity so my financial and social parts of my life will improve as well. I feel healthier today than I have in a long time. I will work to make sure I accomplish more so I can help myself and all those affected by me.
